Coronavirus (Covid-19) Updates
The health and well-being of our residents and associates remains a top priority as we navigate together through these uncertain and difficult times. While our communities are an essential business, we have made several operational changes to help protect our associates, residents, prospective residents, vendor partners and guests visiting our sites. The changes below will continue in effect until otherwise advised by the CDC.
Leasing Office Hours:
Just as our residents have been told to shelter in place and practice social distancing, so have our on-site and corporate associates. As such, Steadfast communities we will be doing their part to protect your health and the health of others by closing our leasing offices for all non-essential needs. While there may be someone in the office, please understand we’re unable to open our leasing office doors but are happy to speak with you by telephone or email.
Virtual Leasing & Move-Outs:
We understand that even during difficult times, housing remains a priority for our residents and prospective residents. As such, we can provide virtual experiences to accommodate you – whether you’re looking to make a move to/from a Steadfast Living community. If you are interested in learning more about moving into a Steadfast Living community, please contact the leasing office to schedule a virtual or self-guided tour experience that fits your needs. You may also visit our community websites for 3D floorplans, community photos and interactive walking tours*.

Amenity and Common Spaces:
All amenity and common area spaces within our community are currently closed, with the exception of laundry rooms and mail centers. Theses areas will continue to be cleaned and sanitized throughout the day for your safety. We encourage you to respect social distancing guidelines in each of these areas should other residents be occupying the space(s).
Maintenance Work Orders:
All non-emergency work orders will be placed on hold until shelter in place orders have been lifted. Emergency work orders will be addressed as quickly as possible and should be submitted by calling the community leasing office, emailing the community or submitting via the Resident Portal.
More than ever, it’s critical we are able to share important information with you on events impacting our residents and community. If you have not already signed up to receive emergency notifications from our team, please do so today. You may register for the Resident Portal here. Please contact the leasing office for a registration code prior to registering.
Rental Payment Assistance:
More than ever, we recognize having a safe place to call home can be one of the largest concerns you face. If you have suffered a job loss, or other substantial loss of income due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Steadfast can help. Please visit our payment assistance portal here to discuss potential alternative payment arrangements that may be made to accommodate your situation.
